Our matcha tea is carefully brewed one cup at a time after receiving your order. You can watch it being made in a single-sided bowl, and even the time it takes to finish is a special moment. By using rich milk that matches the bitterness of matcha, we have created a rich matcha latte with a well-balanced taste. We offer a photogenic cup with a beautiful contrast of green and white. Sencha and Hojicha are available both hot and cold, so please enjoy them according to the season.

``Matcha Affogato'' uses stone-ground Uji matcha from Kyoto. Just like a matcha latte, we will serve matcha and vanilla ice cream separately, so please enjoy it yourself. It will be served in a glass container where the cream color of the ice cream and the bright green of the matcha will stand out. The matcha used for affogato has a strong flavor made with a small amount of water. A special dessert that perfectly matches the natural bitterness and richness of matcha with the sweetness of ice cream.

There are three tea rooms on the second floor overlooking Sannenzaka, where you can enjoy two types of matcha experiences depending on the content. The first place you must take off your shoes and enter is the Nijiriguchi, the unique entrance to the tea room. The tea room, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is equipped with an alcove and a tea kettle, so you can experience it with a small number of people. We begin with stone-milling the matcha, which will help you face your inner self, and then enjoy the brewed matcha with Japanese Japanese Confectionery such as nerikiri.

Our store is located inside "Akebonotei". It is a historical building that is said to have been the home of Sakamoto Ryoma and other patriots at the end of the Edo period, and you can enjoy the splendid beauty of its exterior, which is the same as it was 100 years ago. The first floor has a tea cafe with table seats and counter seats, and the second floor has a tea room where you can experience matcha tea. Although the interior is simple, we have created a space where you can enjoy the culture of tea with your eyes, such as tea utensils and tea kettles.
