平日の11時半にカウンターを予約して訪問。若い時に一度食べて感動した京料理の名店。だいぶシニアになっての再訪です。わくわくが止まりませんでした。早めに着いて周辺を少し散策してお店へ。
大将とはほぼ10歳違い、大将が40代で自分が30代の時に衝撃を受けて以来の訪問になりました。お店を開いたバブルの時の話やとんがっていた前回の頃の話、仕事や家族、男の歳の取り方等、最高の料理を頂きながら素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
日本酒はこの店用の林泉のみ。3合いただきました。20数年前に比べたら自分も色々な美味しいものを食べてきている筈ですが、今回も変わらず大満足。前回の痺れるようなヒリヒリ感はなくなりましたが、凄みは変わらずでした。また来ます。
