出町柳にある日本料理屋さんです。
店内と料理も写真撮影禁止。個室だと料理の写真撮れるみたいです。
お料理は聞けば答えてくれますが説明は一才ありません。

19800円のおまかせコース。現金のみです。

大将は一見声をかけづらい雰囲気に思いましたが話してみると優しく丁寧に答えていただけます。背筋のピンとする凛とした雰囲気ですがそれがまた良いというか。最近あまりない空気感なので逆に新鮮でした。
お料理は正統派でシンプル。シンプルゆえに細かなところまで手を抜かず計算尽くしてるのが伝わります。
例えば食材の大きさを揃えることで口の中で食感が重なり一体となり心地よく喉の奥へ。お茶漬けはゴマと同じ大きさに食材を揃えててびっくり。そこまでこだわってるって凄いです。それによってメインの食材が活きてくるなぁと。火入れや塩もばっちりでした。
日本料理っていいなぁって思えるお店です。
