The meat was well-marbled and extremely juicy. I was especially impressed with the tongue (second photo). The tongue was cut long and thin, so it cooked quickly and was grilled quickly. As soon as I put it in my mouth, the deliciousness of the tongue spread throughout my mouth and it was amazing. This may be the best tongue I've ever had. I want to eat it again.
