職場が近いのでお店の前を良く通るので気なって入店しました。
コース￥５０００を注文し、待つ間に店内を見ていると生簀を発見。店主に聞いてみると兵庫、浜坂から鮮魚を仕入れるようで魚好きの
自分としてはテンション上がる。
料理内容は仕入れにより変わることがあるようですが、その時期のいいものを仕入れられるとの事です。同じことを言われるお店はたくさんありますが店主本人が京都から浜坂まで仕入れに行く心意気にまず感謝。
やはり新鮮な魚介が店主の手に掛かり姿を変えて出てくる。一品一品にこだわりがあり絶品。ただおいしい。盛り付けも独特の感性でしょう。なかなか見たことがないしゃれた印象。こうなると、お酒に興味が出てきて、あつかましくメニューに載ってないもので店主におまかせ注文。季節を考え○○○のしぼりたてなる今年の新酒だそうでお料理と相性がよくおいしいのです。
サービスしすぎない控えめな感じが好印象です。その後も楽しみつつ日本酒２杯で計３杯。
会計￥８０００程度でした。
料理の質が高くお酒も充実しているのでまたリピートしたいです。
鮮魚の仕入れの翌日を狙ってみたいです。
