I visited the affiliated store in Higashiyama Sanjo, but today I went to the Kojinguchi store. A small amount of food was prepared in advance, so we served it in order. Just seeing the appetizer that came first made me have high expectations. It was my first time to have deep-fried firefly squid, but it was delicious. The sashimi appears neatly arranged in a large bowl. The utensils here are also elaborate. The famous charcoal grilled bamboo shoots and red bean sprouts. Akaten is apparently tempura with chili pepper. It tasted like baby ham, and I liked it too. The chuhai here is carbonated from Kichi Shiroku, so I always drink Chuhai (Shochu cocktail), so I love this place.
