仕出し専門 |
茶道をやっていて、自分達でお茶会をすることも多いのですが、裏方メンバーのお昼ごはんに三友居さんのお弁当を頼むことが多いです。
京都市内ならどこでも配達していただけるようですね。
私は薄味好きなので、京料理の上品な味は嬉しいです。今回は、今の時期にふさわしいキノコをはじめとした秋を感じさせる食材がふんだんに使われていました。
冷めても美味しいお弁当は、日本が世界に誇れる文化だと思います。
仕出し弁当は敷居が高いイメージがありますが、大変便利です。
今回は、お弁当の発注担当ではなかったので、評価は省略します。
