小じんまりした店内に、2人掛けのミラーテーブルが4つ。
ワンオペだった。
オーナーはフレンチの経験があるそう。
完全予約制で、12時の予約をして行ったが、店内には1人だけだった。
その後に来たお客さんに、予約でいっぱいと断っていたが、帰るまで誰も来なかった。
メニューは一択しか無い。
☑️黄金比率のタンドリーチキン 1900円
素焼きの野菜は、食材により、オーブンに入れるタイミングを微妙にずらしていた。
野菜は有機JAS、古来種、無農薬のものらしい。
野菜だけの甘味を楽しむ為、素焼きだ。
タンドリーチキンは、皮パリ！身は柔らかすぎず硬すぎず。
美味しいタンドリーチキンだった。
宮崎の銘柄鶏使用。
火入れが絶妙とのコメントがあったが、素人なので、これが絶妙なのかはわからないが、パリパリの皮が印象的。
フランス、ブリドールのパンは熱々で美味しかった。
