たまたまお店を知り行ってみました。
昨年オープンされたようです。
町家に離れのような個室有り。
二人で言ったので窓際の席に。
和風の坪庭が有り、光が入りいい雰囲気です。
料理のクオリティが非常に高く、大満足でした。
東京のミシュラン星付きにおられたシェフらし位ですが。なるほど！！でした。
京都の同価格のフレンチと何が違うとかは説明できませんが、これが東京のエッセンスか！と感動。
非常に楽しめるお料理ばかりでした。
認知度の低い今がおすすめかもしれませんね。

季節でメニューが変わるということで改めて行ってみました
一度目の感動が2度目にはあれ？なんてことがあったりするのが世の常ですが。
2度目の方が、より満足！
非常に丁寧に手をかけておられるのが感じられる非常に満足な料理の数々。
高けりゃ手が込んでて、安けりゃ手が込んでない、ってことじゃないと思いますが。
それでもこのコスパの良さ！
3800円のコースだったのですが、大満足。これをこの値段で食べれられるなて。と二人して感動。
お魚のカルパッチョののりのソースも美味しかったし。
フォアグラのアイスもびっくり。
お魚もお肉ももちろん美味しかったですが、
何よりすごく凝ったデザートには感激。
組立が素晴らしく、とても楽しめました。
味や、色や、食感の組み合わせが楽しく、
ケーキ、じゃないレストランデザート。というものを久しぶりに食べた気がします。
間違いなく、また行きます。
今度はディナーに行ってみたいな。と思ってます。
