名店の意思を受け継いだ日本料理の真髄
予約は完全予約制になり1名から受付ています。
営業はランチとディナーともにしれています。
アクセスは出町柳駅の3番出口から徒歩6分の下鴨神社のほど近くになります。
店内はタモ材で作られたカウンター9席に個室1つになります。
料理内容はランチは3種類、ディナーは2種類のコースを用意されています。
店主は「桜田」出身の方になります。
27年の歴史に幕を下ろした名店「桜田」の味と心を引き継ぎ同年にオープンされました。
季節毎ではなく月替わりのおまかせのコース仕立てになっています。
その日の仕入れにより内容は若干変わりますが、「桜田」と同様に旬の味覚を大事にされた料理になります。
八寸では輪島塗の長板をはじめとした備前焼や信楽焼などの器に盛り付けて季節を表現されています。
古都京都にて本物の日本料理とはなんなのかを体験させてくれる素晴らしい日本料理店になります。
