The store is located at the top of a steep staircase, so it may be a little difficult to find. However, it is so popular that it is nearly full during lunch time.・ ・ This time I ordered Pad Thai. It's 850 yen. First, the soup was brought out. It's hard to describe the taste because I've never had it before, but it has a fish sauce-like aroma plus a slightly sour taste in the vegetable stock. It was delicious and had lots of vegetables such as celery.・The main dish, pad thai, first catches the eye with its beautiful presentation. I squeezed lemon, mixed bean sprouts, peanuts, and sakura shrimp and ate it. The taste is mild and not addictive. The cilantro also had a very mild taste, and although I'm not good at it at all, I thought they could have added a little more. This gentle taste feels closer to 'Japanese Cuisine' than Thai Cuisine, and I think it will appeal to everyone. However, personally, I prefer it with more punch...Also, it's a little disappointing that there were no fish sauce or fried onions to change the taste.
