京都の超〜おしゃれなピザ屋さん。
立地外観内装全て素敵なだけあってなかなか予約が取れません。ピザマニアの私は絶対一度は行ってみたく1か月程前にネットで予約してようやくこれました。
お食事はコースなのでまず素焼きのピッツァをいただきました。生地の味がはっきりわかります。薪窯で焼いた生地は製法こそ伝統的なナポリピッツァですが、生地そのものの味にオリジナルティを感じます。その後窯焼き野菜や鹿肉料理を頂きメインのピッツァのお出ましです！春菊と椎茸のペーストをベースにしたピッツァを頂きました。私は伝統的なナポリピッツァも好きですが、伝統だけを意識したナポリピッツァの店は正直どこのお店も似たり寄ったりの味で美味しいけど面白味は感じません。なのでこういったしっかり伝統を意識しつつも日本人好みにアレンジが出来るお店は素晴らしい！美味しいピッツァをありがとうございました！
