京都丸太町にある『そ・かわひがし』さんを訪ねました。
某著名雑誌の京都特集に掲載された、こちらの〝グラスに入ったお抹茶〟の素敵な
写真に魅せられて、ずっと戴きたいと思っていた次第。
京都の老舗『草喰なかひがし』の中東久雄大将の三男、篤志氏が手掛けているお店
です。
丸太町橋を渡って鴨川を越えたら、数分で、そ・かわひがしさんに到着しました。
シックでモダンなミニマムな設えの店内でオーダーしたのは、当然お抹茶と本日の
デザート、豆腐のチーズケーキです。
スタッフが、お抹茶のこういった出し方は、邪道ですが。。。と言われていました
が、私はこれもありかなと、得心しました。
豆腐のチーズケーキもとても美味しかったです。
この日は、店主の中東さんはお見えになりませんでしたが、アットホームで、居心
地の良い空間はホッとできますね。
他のお客さんが食べていた土鍋で炊いたご飯のおにぎりが、とても美味しそうで、
次回は一品料理と一緒に是非食べてみたいと思います。
客層は、地元の常連さんが多いようです。
