以前伺った草喰なかひがしさんがとても好きだったので、三男さんのお店にも行ってみようということで伺いました。アラカルトで色々頼みましたが、ボリュームのあるメニューがあまりないので、ランチセットをシェアしました。シェアだったけど、お味噌汁とかおむすびも1人ずつ出してくれました。ランチセットについてるお茶も4.5煎出るのでシェアしてくださいね、あまりは持ってくださいね、みたいなスタイルで、とても気前良いです。
1人2杯飲んで、美味しいご飯を程よくいただき、1人4,000円。満足度高いです。
ワインは全部日本ワインで、割と有名なワイナリーのものが多いです。ワインも日本酒もたくさん説明してくれてかなり詳しそうです。お茶の日本酒で割る飲み方とかも別グループに提案していたので、頼めば色々してくれそうです。
土曜だけアラカルトのランチやってて、予約した方が安心です。1人でやってるので、出てくるのはゆったり目です。ランチセットだけのオーダーでも時間にゆとり持った方が良いです。
・鯖のなれ鮨
→これが美味しすぎてビビりました。一口サイズなので、お代わりしました。お代わりはおすすめいただいた満寿泉の貴醸酒と合わせましたが相性最高です。
・胡麻豆腐
→外カリで美味しい
・味噌のプルドポーク
→味噌大好きなので好みでした。これは他のと比べて比較的量多めです。七味と合わせて。赤ワインにも日本酒にも合う！！
・くまコーラ
→微発泡のナイアガラスパークリング。
・カーブドッチ milheu
→食事に合わせて軽めの赤を提案くださりました。
・木下酒造 雄町
→日本酒あんまりわかんないけどこれすごい美味しかったです！
・満寿泉 貴醸酒
→ほどよく甘くてとても美味しいです。

・お造り
→海老と真鯛。プリッとしてて美味しいです。
・おむすび
ホカホカの炊き立てご飯をシンプルにおにぎりに。二つくれました。
・味噌汁
→大きい蕪入り。美味しかったです。
・お茶
→8種から選べます。ほうじ茶にしました。淹れ方も本格的です。5煎目持ち帰りさせてくれました笑
