きっと昔の京都にはこんな「粋」なお店が沢山あったんだろうな…そんな気がしております。
割烹とは「煮炊してその日の美味しいところを食べさせてくれるお店」そんな感じたと思います。
今は割烹も「懐石」「コース」とおまかせになってるお店が多いですよね。
当然ロスも少なく良いところも沢山あるとは思うのですが…出来たら「腹具合にあわせてチョコチョコっとつまみたい」そんな日もあると思うんですよね。
こちらはそんな時にバッチリです。
当然おまかせでもお願いできるのですが、「美味しいところを少しだけ」でもハイスペックなんです！
お店の設えや飲み物、サービスも全て隙なしです。
大人はこんなお店をレパートリーに持ってないとダメですよね。
しかも「丸鍋」も小鍋で用意されている素晴らしさです。
琵琶湖の本もろこを炙っていただいて、山菜の天ぷらに…って痺れます。
