I'm working at Tofukuji today. I was thinking about having Daikoku Ramen, which I often go to, for lunch, but it was closed today, so I went to Kintaro next door. This is my first time to order from here, and I ordered the lunch set, which is limited to 10 meals per day, with 3 staff, and some regulars here and there. I waited about 3 minutes and the bowl arrived, so it was quick. It was a set of black rice, macro sashimi, grated yam, pork soup, and pickles. I asked for a large portion of rice, so it was piled high m(_ _)m The bowl for the pork soup was also small, but it was full of ingredients and broth, so thank you❗️ Masubago rice and black rice are rich in minerals and vitamin B compared to white rice, and they are said to regulate the intestinal environment and suppress the absorption of carbohydrates. The pork soup is a blessing for me while on a diet, and it was hot and delicious❗️ It was really full of ingredients, so much so, it was amazing❗️ The macros were small but delicious! The rice goes really well, and I finish off with grated yam rice. This grated yam is so chewy that it almost feels like it's made of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the evening, so I'd definitely like to come again. Thank you for the meal!
