泉涌寺すぐの場所にある美味しい齋華さん。とても人気のお店です。
予約を入れるのがとても難しい人気のお店です。友人のお食事会に便乗です。お店は開放感のある
掘りごたつ式のカウンター席。目の前の借景がとてもステキで居心地は良好です。こちらのお店は
貸切の会も多いと聞いております。仲良しの友人同士で盛り上がるのも一体感があるので
楽しさは倍増ですね。お料理はフカヒレの繊維質が太く存在感がありました。鮑肝まぜそば。
香りがご馳走です。伊勢海老の紹興酒漬けのぷりぷりした歯ごたえと味付けは余韻が長めに
楽しめます。サマートリュフと由良のウニ、クラゲの組み合わせも秀逸。松茸スープも
トマトや大根の野菜の旨味も溢れる旨さに癒されます。金華ハムや豚バラ塩漬け焼きも
輪郭のはっきりした美味しさ。締めのあっさり麺。シンプルにあじわえます。杏仁豆腐
クリアーでなめらか。食後感も軽くしてくれます。常連さんが多いのも納得のウマウマさ。
また再訪したいです。

京都駅から車で約10分ほどの場所にあります。
店内は天井が高く大きな窓があり、そこから緑が見えます。完璧なロケーション。美しい景色を見ながらいただくお料理がまた絶品です。
私はお酒が飲めませんが、ワイン好きの方にはとってもオススメなお店です。
美味しい中華を思う存分楽しめましたっ♪
