お洒落なだけじゃない繊細な味確かなお店
どこから写真撮っても絵になるセンスあふれる店。
季節のトーストは見た目もちろん味も外れなし。
お店の料理人は京料理の板前さんだから全ての料理に妥協なく繊細な味付けに感動！
1回目来店時、
梨のトースト、イチジクドリンク、パッションフルーツドリンク頂きました。
パンは特別オーダーしてるので焼かずに素材を生かす為生パンだそうですが納得。
ドライフルーツも全て手作りとの事。
2回目来店時、
today'splateを頂きました。
today'splateは朝から食べられる和食プレート。
その日の旬の食材でこの日はなんと京都らしい鱧(はも)フライ!
カウンターで鱧の骨切り見ていましたが、下準備丁寧かつ完璧だからか鱧フライはふわふわで美味。
プレートのちりめん山椒、かぼちゃの煮付け、オリジナル人参ドレッシングのサラダ全て妥協なしで感動しながら食べました。
インスタ流行りの店ではなく、しっかり丁寧なお仕事されてる素敵なお店でした。
京都東山寄った時はリピート確実‼️

半年ぶりの来訪。
インスタ映えする看板メニューのフルーツトーストはもちろんブランチに本日のプレートも食べてきました
この日のプレートのメインはぶりの照り焼き。
ぶりは食べる人の事を考え皮を外してあるという心配り
3月ひなまつりを意識したカボチャ、菜の花の３色ムースは手間ひまかけて作られているなぁ〜と感心しながら美味しく頂きました。
シェフは祇園花見小路の老舗割烹料理人。
さすが割烹仕込みだけあって、すべての料理1品づつ下ごしらえからしっかりされた確かな味でした。
食後は看板メニューのイチゴトースト
グレー色のクリームはピスタチオだそうです。
イチゴだけではありませんが、フルーツをこんなに薄くカットするのはホント京料理の職人技だな〜といつも感心しながら頂きます。
ドリンクは飲んでみたかった抹茶をかけて完成する抹茶オレととっても可愛いイチゴオレ
このお店のドリンクは全て芸術品✨

みてるだけでも大満足なのに味も美味しくて得した気分になります。
抹茶オレはグラスのフチにコーティングされたキャラメルが良く合います
そろりそろりと別グラスに用意された抹茶を注ぐと重力の関係？で三層になりまたまたフォトジェニックなドリンクに早変わり (動画がup出来ないのが残念)
イチゴミルクはグラス底に沈んでいる自家製ジャムを混ぜると白のグラスが可愛いピンク色に変わり見た目も楽しめます
インスタ映えだけでは決してない、行くたびに感動が味わえる素敵なカフェ☕️
京都行った時は必ず立ち寄るお店です。
