スープはこんぶといりこ出汁強く美味しい、関西風で好きな味です。うどんはやわらかいコシのないうどんです。
刺身はサーモンとカンパチが美味しかった。サーモン味が強いです。熟成？種類？産地？
カンパチは新鮮さが伝わる、身がプリプリで弾力が強いです。
