For our samgyeopsal, we use carefully selected "Kyoto Tanba Pork" purchased from contracted livestock, and for our shabu shabu, we use branded pork shipped directly from Okinawa, such as the legendary black pig "Maboroshi no Agu Pork" and "Ryu-mi Pork"! They go perfectly with fresh vegetables!

Samgyeopsal made with Kyotanba pork purchased from a contract livestock farm. The pork is cooked on a special iron plate to remove excess fat and is surprisingly tender, rich in flavor and juicy. It goes well with wrapped vegetables. Enjoy with your favorite toppings and lots of fresh vegetables!
