インフルから回復し、今まで食べられなかった分を取り戻そうと河豚のコースをお願いしました。
てっぴ、てっさ、焼きフグ、白子、唐揚げ、てっちりのフルコース。
特に焼きフグと唐揚げはかなり美味しくいただけました。
焼きフグはタレをつけて自分で網焼きに。七味唐辛子が入った甘辛いタレがなんとも言えずお酒が進みます。
白子も炙って焦げ目がついて香ばしく、ねっとりとした食感でやはりお酒が進みます。
ボリュームたっぷりのコースで満足です。
