スープは鶏ベースの魚介醤油味。麺は細ストレート麺。具は鶏モモ肉とムネ肉のチャーシュー,ほぐし肉,九条ネギを使用。
亀岡の七谷地鶏・魚介からとったスープにやや多めの油分を加え、丸みのある薄口醤油タレでほのかな甘みのある味わいで、上品な鶏の旨みが広がるあっさりとしたやさしい仕上がりになっています。麺は横浜の丸高製麺を使用し、しっかりとしたコシ感があり喉越しよく頂けます。中ぶりの鶏モモ肉と小ぶりの鶏ムネ肉が１枚ずつ入っていて、モモ肉は程良い肉質感でムネ肉はしっとりとした食感があり、それぞれの旨みが味わえとても美味しく頂けます。備付の胡椒・七味で味の変化を楽しめます。近隣のコインパーキング使用で１００円のキャッシュバックがあります。
