Food dashi soy sauce
Our dashi soy sauce uses high-quality bonito flakes from Makurazaki in Kagoshima and makonbu from Hokkaido. The bonito flakes are shaved just before making the soup stock and used in abundance, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the bonito flakes as is. We take time to make the kelp so that the flavor comes out in the soup stock. Please enjoy the tofu from Moriyoshi, one of the best restaurants in Kyoto, with our dashi soy sauce.

The timing of eating boiled tofu is very important. If you boil it for a long time, you will lose the texture and taste. At our restaurant, we have our customers put the amount they need into the pot just before eating, allowing us to enjoy the creamy, soy-flavored tofu that brings out its flavor to the fullest. Customers who want to eat slowly will not have to compromise on the quality of their boiled tofu.
Food Rich sesame tofu
Our sesame tofu is made from white sesame seeds and roasted by hand until it has the aromatic aroma of sesame seeds. The sesame seeds are made into a paste just before making sesame tofu, so you can fully enjoy the rich flavor and aroma of sesame seeds. It has a springy texture due to being kneaded for a long time, and is a product of our pride.
Food Takemura's cuisine
Our store specializes in boiled tofu, so we don't have many items, but we are particular about each and every one of them. My name is Hassun, and I serve dishes tailored to the season. Especially from November to February, there is a very popular dish called yuzu kama tofu, which uses the best yuzu, said to be the best in Japan. Our Tempura is made with high-quality cottonseed oil and sesame oil to maintain its freshness. We also use Himalayan rock salt to ensure the freshly fried texture and flavor of the oil.
We use high-quality firm tofu, and you can enjoy smooth and gentle tofu by boiling it to your preference.
Boiled tofu is different from other hotpot dishes, and is not best served hot. Boiled tofu can be thought of as a way to bring tofu closer to the quality of freshly made tofu. Boiling the tofu not too
