土用の丑には早いが久しぶりにうなぎでスタミナつけたいと思ってた。先週当日予約しようとするもダメ、2週連続。今回は1週前に予約した。こちらはテレビにも出たという事でかなり人気出てます。雨の中、オープン11時半目掛けて訪問、1番のり。座敷に通されて注文。うな重並3500円、
お昼の限定10食2850円を注文。注文受けてから焼くとの事で多少の待ちは覚悟してた。が1番乗りのおかげか10分ほどで到着。久しぶりのうな重。蓋を開けると案外小さい。また重ではない。まあ全ての原材料が上がっているから仕方ないか。まずはうなぎを一口。ふわっと柔らかい、うなぎの臭みもない、たれはたっぷり、つゆだく気味だがそんなに濃くない。ただ個人的にはパリッと感というか焼き感というか、炭感というかが欲しい。皮目含めて触感のメリハリが少し弱いか。この前の静岡で食べたのがそれが抜群だったのでどうしても比較してしまう。全体としてはおいしいと思います。
