京都で鰻。前は京都で鰻をいただくなんてかんがえもしなかったけど、その気になって探してみると意外と見つかるもので。丁度、嵐山から松尾大社への移動を考えていたので、食事出来るところを近辺で探していたら、こちらのお店を発見。しかも食べたかった鰻屋さんではないですか！ということで、即座に予約しました。
お店は新しめの造り、清潔な感じが心地よい印象を受けました。さて注文ですが予め決めていました。自分は中入重、鰻がご飯の中にさりげなく入ったものを希望です。お昼のランチタイムという事で定食に昇格、うざくをつけて頂きました。運ばれて来たお重の蓋を開けると、見事な照りの鰻が出現、この景色は至福の時ですね。美味しそう〜。こちらのお店では何故か関西らしからぬ江戸前技法を使われていて、一度蒸された鰻の身がとても柔らかく、滑らかな舌触りは素晴らしいものでした。中入れの鰻の存在を感じさせないほど（笑）。ただ見た目では、鰻の表面はこんなにも芳ばしくパリッとした感じになっているにも関わらず、その歯応えが得られなかった事がちょっとだけ残念でした。でも丁寧な仕事による鰻はとても美味しくいただくことができ，満足致しました。ご馳走様でした。また訪れたいですね。
