Visited one month after my last visit. The day I visited was a Saturday, so all the famous restaurants in the city were full and I had to wait for over an hour. If you have to wait more than an hour, it would be faster to go to Moritake-san! So, I immediately called to check availability. It was empty♪ I headed straight to the store and when I entered the store, there were about 3 groups of customers ahead of me. There were more members this time, so we had the same delicious dishes last time: tongue sashimi, tongue yukhoe, fresh senmai, thickly sliced tongue, Salted beef tongue, and five kinds of platter. With +, add 4 kinds of hormones and Cold Noodles. The hormones are Mino, Tecchan, tenniku, and heart. The tempura meat was very delicious. The tongue sashimi is by far the most delicious. I also felt that the flavor of the sauce for the tan yukhoe was a little less strong than last time. Cold Noodles were Morioka Cold Noodles, and the soup stock was similar to Chinese Cold Noodles, but it was delicious. I was very satisfied this time as well. I think I want to go again.

That's why I'm sorry to bother you. When I called to check if there were any seats available, they were. We'll be expecting you. and. Head straight to the parking space in front of the store. (About 3 cars can be parked in front of the store.) When we entered, we were the only ones there. Maybe because it was a weekday? Anyway, I asked for a drink and went to order. Organism. Tan sashimi, tan yukhoe, raw senmai (pure white) side menu. Assorted kimchi and grilled Jangja rolls. Thick-sliced tongue, tongue salt, and five recommended desserts. Bite mixed ice cream Chinese cabbage kimchi is delicious!! ︎(Mr. Hayashi's Kimchi) Is it sold somewhere? When I heard that, I thought it was a shame because they only sell the raw meat at the store, but I moved on to the next one. The tongue sashimi was very delicious. The sauce on the tan yukhoe felt a little spicy. Raw senmai is delicious, but the tongue sashimi was so delicious that I ended up eating only the tongue sashimi. Salted beef tongue is also very delicious, and the thickly sliced tongue is thick but soft. If two people order the recommended five-course platter, the meat is so good that it will fill your stomach. I ordered extra chanjamaki to make it a little lighter, but it was bigger than I had imagined. My stomach felt like it was about to explode and I gave up. Lastly, as a courtesy, I received a small amount of meat sashimi, which is said to be hard to find. The store was very friendly and wonderful. However, this is a restaurant where I would like to go with a larger group and try more different flavors. If you order the five-kind platter, it's so voluminous that you won't be able to eat anything else. Next time I would like to order Cold Noodles.
