Visited by appointment on Friday, January 5th from 6:30pm. Since there were no customers and I could eat anywhere, I decided to sit at a sunken kotatsu table at the back of the tatami room. We ordered top tongue, thick-sliced tongue, today's five-selected assortment, top short ribs, and top loin. The tongue is crunchy yet soft, and the flavor is amazing even when it's quite rare. The same goes for the thick-sliced tongue, and rather than being difficult to eat due to its thickness, it felt like the deliciousness had more destructive power. The best thing about the five kinds of sashimi was the fillet. The lean meat had a great flavor and tenderness while still being juicy. Hiuchi is too strong and I personally don't like it. All the others were of a high level, but I wasn't hooked enough to buy another one. The upper ribs have a strong marbling, but the succulent flavor will make you smile. I think the top skirt steak was delicious, but I was a little full (^^; Regarding the smoke evacuation system mentioned in other reviews, there was no problem since I grilled it with salt at my own table. , Smoke billowed from the area where the offal was being grilled next door, and after about 5 minutes it was so full that it hurt my eyes.There seems to be an exhaust vent at the back of the tatami room, so it might be better to stay near the entrance. Please be careful when grilling sauce-based dishes for yourself or others. If possible, I think a semi-private room near the entrance is best.
