京都に来た時ということへ2日目は観光へ
山上の金閣寺を目当てに移動。
本殿に行く前に腹ごしらえということで、近くにあったこちらのお店へ
注文したのは
鯛めし丼 味噌汁付
メインの鯛めしが登場。
出汁醤油のひかれたベースにご飯、鯛、ノリ、真ん中に卵黄
卵黄をまずは崩して満遍なくご飯と絡めます。
真鯛は食感が良く、食べ応えバツグン、ノリの風味とも良く合いご飯が進みます。
また出汁の効いた添えられた味噌汁も鯛めしに合う味わいです。
海苔、鯛、ねぎが良い具合に融合した絶品鯛めしでした。
