Food Unforgettable, exquisite Ramen made by a shopkeeper with solid experience
We are proud of our soy sauce Ramen, which is based on a soup stock made from carefully selected ingredients such as natural Rausu kelp and bonito. We use Suehiro soy sauce from Tatsuno City, Hyogo, so you can enjoy the rich flavor and richness of the soup stock. The noodles are made from 100% "Seki Kirara" wheat flour produced in Kyoto, and have a smooth finish that blends well with the soup. The char siu is made from Kyoto mochi pork that has been aged for 4 days and is a moist dish that brings out the natural flavor of the pork. Be sure to enjoy a cup made with care by the owner, who trained for five years at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Our restaurant is a renovated traditional Nishijin Orimachiya in Kyoto, and has a stylish atmosphere reminiscent of a French cuisine Restaurants.
