前から気になっていたお店で住宅街にあるためなかなか入りにくかったのですが、友人と一緒に行ってきました。
お店の玄関は京都らしい風情があり、Jazz が流れ心地よい気分に。店内は掘りごたつのカウンターが10席ほどあり落ち着いた雰囲気。
大将の威勢の良いお出迎えで更にテンションがあがり、先ずはビールとお刺身を注文。大将の包丁さばきは繊細かつ大胆であり、これぞプロの職人と我々を魅了していく。アラカルトの種類も多かったのですが、今回の目的はお寿司を食べることだったのでお薦めを一貫ずつ注文しました。赤身、白身、貝類など10種類を頼みました。ここは北陸かと思わせる程の衝撃の味に堪能。まさか京都でこんなに美味しいお寿司が食べられるとは思いませんでした。
あまり大きなお店ではないので自分の隠れ家にしたいです。
