久しぶりに息子と21時ごろ訪問。2人ともステーキ200g、スモールサラダ、ライス中を注文。マスターはいたって無口。もくもくと肉を焼き、サラダ、ドレッシング、おろしポン酢、ライスを出す。壁にあった、おろしニンニク(無料)を注文すると、すぐに出してくれた。新鮮さを感じる美味しいサラダを食べながら、待つこと数分、丁寧にカットされたステーキ(ハラミに近い赤身？)がお出まし。焼き方は聞かれないが、いい感じのミディアム。おろしポン酢もうまいが、塩ニンニク、ニンニクポン酢も最高。白飯が進む。気がついたら完食。前回飲んだスープも美味しかったっけ。こちらのステーキはなぜか懐かしく、唯一無二を感じる。そういえば、グラスの水が減るとすぐについでくださる。マスターは無口であって無愛想ではない。また伺います。
