土曜日の13時、予約でうかがいました。
駐車場はないので、近くのパーキングに停めててくてく歩きます。
13時の回は自分達いれて2組で、聞くと1人で回してる時は2組までしか予約とらないみたいです。
お昼のおまかせコース。
【しんこ酢の物】
琵琶湖でとれた？稚鮎らしいです。ふっくらしたしらすのような。花ワサビがピリッと効いてます。
【鰆漬け】
濃厚な歯応えで、漬けの味わいよりとにかく鰆の旨みがすごいです。鰆やっぱ好きだわ。
【イワシの磯辺焼き】
イワシは臭みが全くなく、少量で旨みがグワっと感じられます。大葉、胡麻、海苔もパリパリでどれもが美味い。これめちゃくちゃ旨いです。
【白和え】
プチプチの数の子と歯応えのあるゲソ、春菊でさっぱりさせていくらまで。京都の良さがめちゃくちゃでてる感じでこれまた美味。
・すみイカ
塩でいただきます。歯応ええぐくてシンプルイカのパフォーマンスに驚きます。
・鯛
ねっとり濃厚です。鯛ってこんなに柔らかいのかと新しい発見でした。
・キスの昆布締め
天麩羅でしか食べた記憶がないですが、これも美味い。。
・赤身漬け
柔らかくって濃厚。臭みとかもなく鮪ががつんと口の中に広がります。
・大トロ
あえて比較ができるラインナップです。そこまで重たくなく、とはいえこの幸せ感は大トロありがとうって感じです。
・アジ

夢中になりすぎて忘れてしまいましたが、どれもめちゃくちゃ美味いです。
・金目鯛
とろとろで、鯛がどれも柔らかい。。脂がめちゃくちゃのっていて、こちらも美味です。
・雲丹
溢れんばかりの、というか溢れてる？勢いのふわトロ雲丹です。
・煮穴子
やっわらかいふわふわ穴子。優しめの甘いタレがまた絶妙です。
お昼は場合によってら大将と一対一の可能性があり緊張しますが、すごく話しやすい方で説明も丁寧にしてくださいます。自分も大好きな向かいにあるラーメン屋さんのいいちょが大好きらしく、終わりでよく行くそうです笑
