京都で出会ったお鮨屋さんです。
独学だという握りの技術。
大将をはじめ、女将さん、アルバイトのスタッフ、みなさんとても感じがいいです。
お店は地元のお客さんで賑わっています。
それほど大きくはないお店なので、お店全体で一体感のある雰囲気です。
誰かに出したネタに、それ旨そう！と食いつく別の客。
客の反応を見ながら次に出すネタを思案している大将が印象的でした。
ネタは西の魚に限らず、全国からそのときにいいネタを仕入れているようですが、それでも、琵琶鱒という琵琶湖固有のサクラマスがでてくるなど、東京にはないネタも出てくるので旅行者も楽しめると思います。
