ランチで訪問しました。京都では珍しい江戸前寿司が味わえるお店。シャリは少し暖かく、お酢がしっかり効いています。個人的にはすごく好みでした。ネタも美味しく、旬の魚を中心に多様なネタを用意してくれています。そしてシャリの温度はネタによって変えています。素晴らしい。特にマグロは暖かいシャリのおかげでいい口溶けでした。本当に美味しかったです‼️また伺いますね。
