I was looking for some delicious Sushi to celebrate and made a reservation. The course costs about 16,500 yen per person. There are quite a few special items including nigiri, but the first one that was served was ginkgo. It was my first time to have ginkgo with such a texture, and it was so delicious that I could eat as many as I wanted. I don't think you can eat ginkgo like this anywhere else. And seasonal pattern, conger conger boiled in hot water. A fluffy hamo with a lot of knife in it. And it was extremely soft. Sushi sushi was also easy to eat and delicious! Since the food is prepared at the counter, I would have been happier if it was from a better angle. It was fully booked, so we recommend making reservations early.
