野菜がいちいち美味い。
椀ダネのほうれん草は大地の味。
爽やかな青っぽい味と甘味の余韻がとても強く残る。
そして、丸大根や蕪の葉っぱなどの炊き合わせ。
お出汁で炊いただけとのことだが、砂糖を使用していないことが嘘のような甘味。
甘ければいいというものでは無いが、これは中々に凄い。
また、最後に出た白いご飯も良かった。
企業秘密のブレンドだそうだが、お米が輝いていた。
