野菜はもちろん、お魚もとても美味しかった〜
日本酒は店主ご出身の栃木の銘酒、夢さららという酒米のお酒。コクがあって日本酒だけでも愉しめる味わい。むろいさんの繊細な野菜にはもっとスッキリした日本酒をチョイスしてもよかったかも知れません。これはこれで充分美味しかった。
野菜の皮の噛んだ時の繊維質や香り、ホクホクさや滋味深い甘み、野菜を知り尽くしたエキスパートですね！
お魚やデザートも美味しく、赤貝も下処理が丁寧でとても美味しかった。碗ものの出汁と日本酒のペアリングが凄かった。
今度は夏野菜の季節に伺いたいと思います。
