常宿のすぐそばで見つけたお店です。
ある夜迎車のタクシーが止まっていたので、お店である事に気がつきました。
料理は、パッションフルーツのジュースと葛餅から。
おしのぎから始まり、味わいや食感の異なる、野菜とメインの組み合わせの数々のお皿で楽しみます。季節感は、鱧、鰻、とり貝、じゅん菜？
ぐじも美味しかった。
日本酒は、栃木は旭興、七本槍、他をいただきました。全て一升瓶のラインナップ。あれもこれもと欲張ってません。ご主人を含め男性2名と女性3名。女性陣はTシャツです。炭火焼きも、ご飯も完璧ですね。果物もとても美味しい。西海岸からきた和風味のさくらんぼ〜アメリカ出身のお友達はご存知でした。ご馳走さまでした。

チームむろいは勿論健在でした。
スタートは、香り高い煎茶と、柿と餡子のおかしから。
手のかかった料理が次々に登場します。魚も野菜も、ジビエの鹿も、それぞれが主役です。若水菜とせいこがにのほぐし身のお椀や、えび芋も美味しかった。焼き魚も美味。
日本酒はお願いすると、どーんと一升瓶を何本も目の前に置いてくださいます。まずは、スッキリめのあたごのまつから、その後はよりふくよかな鍋島の逸品を。デザートもフルーツは旬の物がいろいろで楽しめました。ミキサーで出来たてで提供された酒粕のシャーベットが最後です。
