最初の煎茶とジュースから締めのフルーツまで野菜と魚が盛りだくさんで脂濃さがなくとても良い和食をいただきました。季節の色とりどりの野菜を細やかな手仕事で味わいを引き立たせておられました。刺身とご飯は最高レベルでした。お代わりは滅多にしないのですが白米はおかわりしてもしてもし足りない香り味おいしさでした。むろいさん出身地栃木の米と梨が最高の仕上がりでした。残ったご飯はおむすびにして全お客様に渡しておられました。160年の古民家もとても素晴らしかった。毎月行きたいお店です。
