It was a wonderful space and food! First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant is typical of Kyoto, with a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere. It's cold in Kyoto in winter, so it was nice to have a hot water bottle at my feet. The dishes were prepared with lots of ingredients, took a long time to prepare, and were perfectly seasoned and presented to be enjoyed with all five senses. It was especially rich in vegetables. I would definitely like to go again.
