きれいな料理
洋食が食べたくて訪れました。
平日の夜なのに混んでました。
エビフライとハンバーグとサラダ1380円を注文。
サラダは確かに美味しいですね。ドレッシングが巧みかな。
エビフライは細くかちっとまとめてあります。
ジューシーさに欠けますね。ハンバーグは軟らかいです。
ビールを頼んで計1910円、高いかなと感じます。
料理以上の付加価値を認める方が食べればいいかな。
しかし、美味しいエビフライはなかなか無いですね。
ジューシーなハンバーグ
ハンバーグが食べたくなって、訪れてみました。
コートレットは美味しいのですが、金曜なので混んで

ハンバーグとサラダは1030円、パン、ライス無しです。
けっこう待ちましたね。
まず、サラダを食べます。キャベツ、レタス、タマネギ、
が美味しいドレッシングと融合していました。食べ応えが
あります。
上の溶けていないチーズがやや不思議なハンバーグですが、
ジューシーでトマトソースも美味しいです。こんな時は
肉汁をぬぐうのにパンがあった方がよかったか。
イメージとしてはちょっと高いかな。
コートレットではハンバーグは滅多に食べないのですが、
キャベツ無しで8-900円だから、同じかもしれませんね。
まあ、満足しました。
静寂の蔵でひっそり夕食
数年ぶりに訪れてみました。
1974年開店ですね。今の町家ブームをはるかに先取りです。
角地に立っていますが、蔵のような外観です。
内装も白壁と木で重厚に仕上がっています。
ライトもきれいなシェードですが、カピスでないのが
ちょっと残念です。
細長い建物ですが、その側面に入り口があり、一方が
厨房、もう一方がテーブル席の構造です。
ウナギの寝床ではない視覚的効果があります。
御自慢のカニサラダ950円、スモールディッシュの
カニクリームコロッケ(1個）310円、生ビールを注文。
カニサラダは重厚な味ですが、基本はレタスの味、
値段ほどのものでもないです。コロッケはバターの味が
前に出ており、皮が硬いです。さほどではなし。
要するに、お値段高目。
暑さのせいか、他の洋食屋さんに客が流れたのか、
客はまばらで年齢層がやや高いです。
静寂の蔵でひっそり夕食を食べるのは悪くないです。
なんか、伏見的な店と感じました。
前に見た、古典前掛けエプロンのウェイトレスは
いませんでした。ちょっと残念です。
ザ・コンセプト
点数は人によって大きく異なるであろう店なので、気にしないで下さい。
外装も内装もきれいな店で、ちょっと良い感じかなと思います。
ウェイトレスの服装も徹底して整えています。
客層は夕食と会話に良い空間を求めてきた感じの人達です。
夕食時をちょっと過ぎた時間帯ですが、満席手前でした。
オニオンハンバーグとサラダ1120円を注文しました。
ライスはどうされますかと尋ねられました。値段を聞いたけどなかなか通じませんでした。
210円でした。スープ、ドリンクのセットで510円です。
サラダは、ドレッシングが凝っており、レタス、トマト付でまあ美味しかったです。
ハンバーグはおろしたニンジンが目をひきましたが、あんで味を調えた普通のものです。
椅子とテーブルはきれいですが、やや狭くて隣の会話は良く聞こえます。
また、煙草を吸う人がいたようで楽しくなかったです。
ちょっときれいな内装とサラダで会話を楽しみたい方には良いのではないかと思います。
コスパと情緒を考える方は、道の北側のトンカツ屋さんがお勧めです。

I visited on a rainy Monday night. There was a group of three people waiting in front of me. I'm the first to wait here. I was able to be seated within a few minutes. Hamburg and beer for 1130 yen. A well-crafted salad is always delicious. Hamburg has its limits, but it's ok. The sauce around it was like ketchup. I was disappointed that I couldn't feel the silence of the brewery if I was seated at the entrance.
