You can enjoy Kyoto cuisine luxuriously incorporating Kyoto vegetables procured from contracted farmers and fresh seafood. Recommended is the ``Wanmono'', which has a soup stock made with Fushimi's famous water, Makurazaki dried bonito flakes, and Rishiri kelp. Please enjoy the elegant flavor created by the first dashi stock drawn just before serving and seasonal flavors. Another specialty is ``Tempura,'' which is made with seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the owner himself and fried in a special oil containing ``Taiko Sesame Oil'' and ``Cotton Seed Oil.'' Please enjoy it.

The interior of the restaurant, which utilizes a Sukiya-zukuri style building from the early Showa period, is fully equipped with private seating that overlooks the "ikeizumi stroll garden" and the inner garden. We will arrange flowers to decorate the room and hanging scrolls in the alcove to suit your needs. Not only can it be used for special occasions such as the first meal or a memorial service, but it can also be used for banquets for up to 70 people. You are also welcome to use it for dining with friends or sightseeing. [Seiwaso] We offer Small dish of Kyoto cuisine that are unique to Seiwaso, as well as bowl dishes such as `` Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)'' where you can enjoy rice and carefully selected soup stock, and sweets made with seasonal fruits.
