This store caught my attention when I was looking at the Bento (boxed lunch) they were selling in front of the store during the coronavirus pandemic. I made a reservation and entered the store for the first time. I thought it was a Japanese restaurant, so I was expecting a counter, but I was led to a very plain 3 tatami mat room on the second floor with no flowers or frames, so it was a somewhat disappointing start. I like waiting while watching the food being prepared. If there is no appetizer, you will need to pay an additional 200 yen as a seat fee. Looking at the menu, there are no simmered Simmered dish, Vinegared dish, or vegetable dishes that require a lot of effort at home. The menu is mainly grilled and Fried food, making it difficult to choose. When I finally decided on my meal and was about to order, the female delivery person recommended ``Assortment of 5 types of sashimi at market price.'' picture? with this timing? I asked him what it was about, but after he recommended it, he went back downstairs without understanding the types of fish or the prices. If I were to recommend it, it would be nice if they explained it to me when they first brought me the menu. Even if I decided on the menu and was offered a five-course platter, I wouldn't be able to finish all of it and would have to cancel the one dish I had decided on. As he said so, I ordered the 2 types of sashimi without knowing the price. I don't care how much you want to pay, but I want to be satisfied with the payment. The sashimi is cut into large pieces, making it difficult to eat in one bite. The miso pickled mackerel had a good taste, but the meat was thin and unsatisfactory. The matsutake mushroom and scallop Croquette are filled with small pieces of scallops and are filling and delicious. The fried guji was just as I saw it. Vegetable tempura only has tempura soup and no salt. The tempura soup was very good with the dashi and salt levels to my liking. The taste and quality of the food is commensurate with the price. Overall, the food seems a little old-fashioned. I wonder if they faithfully follow the recipe and presentation of the time when the general was trained. Local alcohol is a little more expensive than other restaurants around the area. It was a bit of a hug throughout. When I went to pay the bill, I was told that I didn't have enough change for the store's 10 yen coins, and after being flustered for about 5 minutes, they gave me back more money and said something like ``That's enough,'' as if it was my fault. I didn't feel refreshed until then.
