The restaurant has been in business for over 50 years in the historical town of Fushimi. Both the first and second generation owners were selected as master craftsmen in Kyoto Prefecture.

お仕事の関係上、仕出しのお弁当をいただく機会は多いのですが、10数年前に比べると、時代の趨勢か、お寿司の折詰の頻度が圧倒的に減ってまいりました。これは、純粋に食中毒の問題があること、他の競合が増えたこと、回転ずしの普及で、いわゆる昔ながらのお寿司屋さんがお店を閉めることが多くなったことなどが考えられるかと思います。
そんな中、ひさしぶりにこちらのお店の折詰をいただく機会に恵まれました。関連会社の方に感謝です。
握りは、いわゆる関西風の、しっかりとしたシャリで、握りが9貫と、巻きが少々入っておりました。
気に入ったのは、アナゴと、鯛、さよりですね。大変おいしくいただきました。中トロのレベルも、かなりのものでした。
いくらが少し難点かなと思いました。
やはり、いついただいても、お寿司はうれしいものです。
