今回うかがったのは京都の伏見にあるお店『松廣』さん。
こちらのお店は伏見の中でも路地を入って行った場所にあり、
隠れ家的なお店ではありながら、
50年の老舗のお店です。
今回こちらでいただいたのは、『京にぎり御膳(廣)』となります。
京料理で2200円はお手頃ですが、私としてはプチ贅沢な金額。
でも、出てきた料理を見て納得いたしました。
目で見て楽しむって、本当にこういう事を言うんですね。
こちらのお店は細工寿司が昔から有名らしく、
お寿司一つ一つが非常にきれいに盛り付けられております。
手毬寿司は合計9貫ついておりました。
その他にもお造りや天婦羅などもついていて、
一つ一つをゆっくりと味わっていただくと、
とても満足いきました。
普段はガツガツ食べていて、
かむというより飲みこんでいるような。
その為、あっという間に食べ終わってから、
数分後に満腹感が増してきます。
しかし、こうしてゆっくりと一つ一つの味を味わっていくと、
調度いい感じで、食を満たす事ができました。
流石、京料理、おいしかったです。
