お久しぶりにこちらへ伺ってみました。
やはりこちらの店主さんの気さくで
話しやすい雰囲気、美味しいワインには癒されますね。
結構、お腹いっぱいで軽くワインだけでも、というつもりで行ったのですが
付きだしが一品のようにしっかりしていて
ワインとバツグンにあうもの。
この付だしをアテにグラスワイン、何杯かいただいてしまった＾＾；
ごちそうさまでした！

ここはなかなか普通では見つからないかもしれない、
細い路地の奥の奥。
プラザ大手筋の前、沖縄居酒屋美ゅららの脇、
この細道を入っていくとある。
若くて気さくな店主さんは宮崎出身。
東京とイタリアで修行されたそうで
ワインの質問には何でも答えてくれる。
食事のメニューは少なめ。
食べるよりも飲む、ワインを楽しんでもらうことに
重点を置いているそう。
それでも
・牛スジ肉の赤ワイン煮込みサンドイッチ（￥600）
パリッと香ばしいコッペパンに挟まれた牛スジ肉は柔らかく、
懐かしい雰囲気もある一品。
・チーズ三種盛り合わせ（￥500）
この日はシェブレッタ、パルミジャーノグランパナード、マンチョゴ。
ワインにチーズは欠かせませんね。
三種それぞれ、個性的で美味しい。
グラスワイン、8種類ほど常に用意されているのもうれしい。
抜栓して2日目のワインを頂き、これがやはり抜群に美味で濃厚。
そしてちょうど最後の何杯かを頂いたので、「今度は同じワインで
抜栓仕立てのものも、飲み比べてはいかがですか？」と勧められる。
こういうひとことって、うれしいというか
つい乗せられてしまう、というか＾＾；
そして「やっぱり全然ちがうよね」と
ワイン通ぶってみるものの、確かに開き具合が明確にちがう。
勉強になる。
適度なアドバイスは押し付けがましくなく、
軽く添えられたことで、逆に店主さんやお店の雰囲気、
もちろんワインそのものの魅力も際立つことになった。
よい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
