みごとな完成度
うわさを聞きつけて訪れました。
伏見駅の方から師団街道の1本東の道を歩きます。
教会やお寺があったり、住宅街ですね。意外や
ちゃんとしたマンションのテナントのお店です。
あとで気付きましたが、墨染駅のすぐに南西、ごちゃ
ごちゃした飲食店街の一部なんですね。
日曜の昼、開店前に訪れました。開店と同時に
もうお一人入店。15分くらいの間に店内は8人に。
日曜昼の語らいの場になっていますね。
ランチの海鮮丼1080円と中ジョッキ。
海鮮丼は山盛りで、具を置く小皿も用意されています。
マグロが立派、他の具も一つずつ並べてもみんな
しっかりしています。飾り付けに海ぶどう、
海老には串が刺してありました。みごとな盛り付け。
赤だしは大きく切った豆腐と三ツ葉、ワカメで
やや家庭風です。
みなさん、このお値段で満足されると思います。
もう一度訪れたら飽きそうな気もしますが、
マグロ丼を食べてみたいような気も。

久々に訪れました。値上げのうわさを聞いていました。
看板の海鮮丼は1300円外税ですね。
早めに出てきました。ハマチ、鯛、マグロ、串のエビと
全部大きなネタで、美味しいです。海ぶどうはありません。
味噌汁はアラが入っていませんでした。
何か不思議なのですが、こちらではあまり満足感を
得られないんです。
