We use ingredients searched for by our head chef, including dried fish directly delivered from Izu, Shiitake mushrooms from Tokushima, Yume Oyster from Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, and moromi from Kumejima. We are committed to creating only outstanding products that go well with Tohoku alcohol. Please enjoy it.
