日本の醍醐味「和食と日本酒」が楽しめるお店。
全国から取り寄せる日本酒と全国各地の新鮮な魚介類、
京野菜の炭焼きを中心にひと工夫した和の料理が食べられます。
七輪で炙るメニューは約27種 付け出しに日本酒＋鮭とばなどの珍味を七輪でいただきました。
厳選した旬の素材を七輪の炭火焼で焼くことで炭の香ばしい風味と相まって食材は旨味が凝縮されます。
オープン直後に訪問しましたが、スタッフの方が少な目で提供スピードは若干遅め。
最初に注文した刺身の盛り合わせも中盤に登場。
刺身自体は煙が下から出てくる演出で玉手箱のようです。
(早めに欲しかったかも)
牡蠣と蛤がおすすめとのことにて両方注文、牡蠣は生ではなく焼き牡蠣を注文しました。
ポンズで食べると濃厚で旨味満点。
大ぶりながらもお味はきめ細やかでジューシーでした。
はまぐりも磯の香りが漂い美味しい。
どれを注文しても美味しかったです。
こだわりの炊き込み御飯も〆としておすすめです。
今日はメニューの日本酒がほとんど欠品だったので残念。
代わりにおすすめしていただいた中から何種類かをいただきました。
希望としては甘口、辛口というより蔵元さん、品名で選べるのがベスト。
普段は日本酒は20種以上あり、どれも関西では珍しい東北日本酒！
岩手の南部美人さんなどのお酒もあります。
もちろん、地元伏見の日本酒もたくさんあります。
