MAGURO GARAGEさん。午前中は淀城を散歩してからのランチ、4年ぶりの訪問です。
休日の12時10分ごろ到着。先客は2組でしたが、私の入店後に続けてお客さんが入ってきて満席になりました。
カウンターに案内してもらい以下を注文。
・本まぐろ丼（中トロ・赤身）8枚 @1500
・瓶ビール（中瓶・アサヒ） @400
前回の訪問は水曜のランチで、ネギトロ丼orネギトロ炙り丼のみの日だったので楽しみです。
しばらくして料理が到着、メニューに8枚と書いてあったので中トロと赤身が4枚ずつかと思っていましたが、中トロ5枚、赤身3枚でした。
先ずは中トロから。やや筋が気になりますが、まずまずの脂の甘みです。続いて赤身。冷凍でしょうか、生マグロの赤身のねっとりした食感が好きなのですが、ねっとり感はあまりありません。中トロの方がマグロをいただいた気分になります。ご飯は温かい白米でした。
前回いただけなかった分、期待が高過ぎたかもしれません。とは言え、諸物価高騰のなかリーズナブルにマグロがいただける貴重なお店です。
